Job Summary:We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide exceptional patient care in our 10-bed Intensive Care Unit. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in critical care nursing and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients with medical diagnoses and complications
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care
- Monitor and manage patient vital signs and medical equipment
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing
- Current valid Georgia nursing license or eNLC nursing license
- Will consider current nursing student graduating from an accredited RN education program within 60 days
- RNs new to critical care nursing are enrolled in the Critical Care Academy (CCA)
