We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Nurse Resident at Johnston-Willis Hospital. This is an exciting opportunity to launch your nursing career with a leading healthcare provider dedicated to the growth and development of our colleagues.

What You'll DoAs a Nurse Resident, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering high-quality patient-centered care in accordance with established nursing models and standards of practice. Your duties will include assessing patient condition, performing procedures and monitoring patient responses, documenting patient information, and collaborating with medical providers and other members of the care team to ensure seamless care transitions.
Qualifications- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification obtained within 30 days of employment
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification obtained within 1 year of employment
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Registered Nurse License or Graduate Nurse in the State
