Registered Nurse

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team at Ascension Calumet Hospital in Chilton, WI. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide direct nursing care to patients in a Med/Surg setting. This is a full-time night shift position with rotating weekend and holiday commitments.
Responsibilities
• Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Implement and monitor patient care plans, including assessing and coordinating patient discharge needs.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure well-coordinated patient care.
• Note and carry out physician and nursing orders, as well as monitor and record patient condition as appropriate.
Requirements
• BLS Provider certification within 1 month of hire date required.
• Temporary Registered Nurse licensure from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing required prior to hire date.
• Diploma from an accredited school of nursing required prior to start date.
