We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented **Associate, Security Specialist** to join our team at Carvana. As a key member of our Safe and Secure Team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and safety of our associates, customers, and assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and Document Vehicle Movement: Ensure the proper documentation of vehicle movement into and out of the Inspection Center entrance and exit gates.
  • Represent Carvana**: Be the face of Carvana to our associates, vendors, and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Lead with Effective Communication**: Foster strong relationships with team members, partners, and customers through effective communication, active listening, and dialogue.
  • Conduct Routine Patrols**: Conduct regular patrols of the Inspection Center and Logistics facility yard and buildings, documenting any security and/or safety concerns.
  • Support Incident Response**: Partner with the Safe and Secure Team Lead and Manager to respond to incidents and ensure appropriate actions are taken.
  • De-escalate Situations**: Utilize conflict resolution skills to de-escalate situations and maintain a positive and collaborative environment.
  • Execute Facility Principles**: Ensure the execution of the facility's Safe and Secure Principles at entrance/exit points, articulating processes for access and exit from the Carvana facility/lot.
  • Utilize Technology**: Leverage the Safe and Secure Application (SAS App) and RFID Technology to support security operations.
  • Deliver Service-First Approach**: Provide exceptional service to customers, associates, and vendors, embodying Carvana's values and commitment to excellence.
