HQ Aero Management Inc. is seeking an experienced Aircraft Technician to join our team in Lexington, KY. As an Aircraft Technician, you will be responsible for removing and reinstalling aircraft interiors, rigging flight controls, and performing routine maintenance on aircraft.
Key Responsibilities:- Remove and reinstall aircraft interiors
- Rig flight controls
- Perform routine maintenance on aircraft
- Work on small Cessnas to corporate jets, and helicopters from the helicycle to an AS 365N3
- A&P License is required
- General Aircraft experience is 100 hours minimum, Lite and medium helicopters, military, regional, and/or commercial aircraft experience is required
- High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- Standard Aviation Tool Kit required
- Criminal Background checks & Compliant with FAA Drug and Alcohol screening checks are mandatory
- Day shift: Mon - Fri 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
- Ability to lift equipment and materials weighing up to 50 pounds
- Ability to climb ladders, apply finger and hand dexterity in using hand tools, and be able to move around the shop/hangar area and within aircraft continuously throughout the workday
