Job Title: ServiceNow Architect

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to join our team. As a ServiceNow Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement ServiceNow solutions that meet the needs of our clients
  • Develop and maintain ServiceNow business rules and scripting
  • Integrate ServiceNow with other systems and applications
  • Develop and maintain ServiceNow reports and analytics
  • Provide technical support and training to our clients

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, particularly in the Service Catalog module and Supplier Management
  • 5+ years of experience in Agile/Scrum
  • 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow business rules and scripting and application development
  • 5+ years of experience in integration and API development (using REST, JSON, etc.)
  • 2+ years of experience in CatLog Builder or equivalent citizen developer tools and process
  • Proficiency in Report Analytics Workspace, Survey, ITSM, CMDB, and other SN modules
  • Experience in APIGEE, ESGA, Ansible, Amelia, or other orchestration and interface tools is preferred
  • SN CSA Certified is a plus
