Job Overview:

As a Caregiver Specialist, you will provide hands-on care and support to residents, promoting their independence, dignity, and physical safety in a safe and comfortable home-like environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a clean and organized living space for residents
  • Assist residents with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Participate in life enrichment activities and promote resident engagement

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Previous experience working with seniors is preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively with residents, management, and colleagues
