About the Role

This exciting opportunity offers a challenging and rewarding career path for a Warehouse Lead who is eager to take on new responsibilities and contribute to the success of our team at Architectural Concepts LLC.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work safely and effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will also be required to have experience with forklift operation, inventory management, and hand tool use.

Responsibilities
  • Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping products.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.
  • Lead a team of warehouse staff to achieve quality and safety goals.
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels and track shipments.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a warehouse leadership role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with inventory management software and systems.
Compensation

The salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
