Job Summary:

The Warehouse Coordinator will be responsible for receiving and processing incoming shipments, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring the efficient movement of goods within the warehouse. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and inspect incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality
  • Process and update inventory records in a timely and accurate manner
  • Coordinate the movement of goods within the warehouse, including loading and unloading trucks and containers
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to safety and quality standards
  • Perform daily cycle counting to ensure inventory accuracy
  • Assist with other warehouse-related tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or material handling environment
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds and work on a forklift or powered truck
