POSITION AVAILABLE: PHYSICAL THERAPIST
Reporting directly to the Clinic Director, the Physical Therapist evaluates therapy needs, develops and implements customized treatment plans for patients, and performs related clinical duties. Conducts thorough physical therapy assessments in accordance with APTA and state regulations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Implement Treatment Plans and modify them based on patient progress.
- Document patient progress in compliance with established medical and facility guidelines.
- Evaluate mobility, strength, and functional capabilities, setting realistic improvement goals.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Utilize academic and clinical expertise with sound decision-making
- Provide both direct and indirect Physical Therapy services
- Exhibit integrity and confidentiality in all professional interactions
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Graduate from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program or equivalent. Must possess or be eligible for a California Medical Quality Assurance Board license within six months of employment.
- Both new graduates and seasoned Physical Therapists are encouraged to apply.
