Role Overview
Cyberspace Operations Officers play a vital role in the United States Air Force, leveraging their expertise in information technology and communications to optimize military operations in cyberspace. This position involves managing sophisticated weaponry, conducting training, and ensuring the effectiveness of cyber capabilities critical for mission planning.

About the Position
As a key member of the Air Force team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of cybersecurity strategies, working closely with other units to ensure seamless integration of systems and personnel. Your knowledge of electronics theory, information technology, telecommunications, and supervisory and control systems, including cryptography and vulnerability assessment techniques, will be invaluable assets in this role.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain complex systems and networks
- Conduct training and ensure effectiveness of cyber capabilities
- Oversee the development and implementation of cybersecurity strategies

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or related field
- Completion of Undergraduate Cyberspace Training and Mission Qualification Training
- Current Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI)
- Completion of Officer Training School (OTS), Air Force Academy (AFA) or Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps (AFROTC)
