Job Title: DevOps Systems Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Systems Engineer to join our team at Your Next Exec Search Partners. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our CI/CD build and deployment pipelines, integrating tools into the pipeline, and debugging integration issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop CI/CD build and deployment pipelines using Jenkins and CloudFormation
  • Integrate tools into the pipeline, including SonarQube, Fortify, and Robot Framework/Selenium
  • Debug integration issues and troubleshoot pipeline problems
  • Work with development teams to bring in new microservices into the pipeline
  • Automate installations of COTS products into the architecture

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and 9+ years of relevant experience, or Master's degree with 7 years of relevant experience, or PhD with 4 years of relevant experience
  • Experience with Linux environments and scripting languages, such as Bash and Python
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and technical troubleshooting skills
  • Experience with Git for source control and understanding of DevSecOps oriented environment
  • Active CompTIA Security+ CE Certification (or equivalent DoD IAT Level 2 cert)

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience with CloudFormation, Elasticsearch, and basic understanding of Object-Oriented Programming Language, preferably Java or Python
  • Experience integrating Jenkins and Docker for automated CI/CD pipelines
  • Basic understanding of Kubernetes or OpenShift Container Platform
