Teaching Opportunity in History

We are seeking a qualified Adjunct Instructor to teach History courses at our institution. The successful candidate will have a Master's degree in History or a related field, with a strong background in teaching and academic experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and grade student assignments and papers
  • Prepare and deliver instructional materials, including syllabi, homework assignments, and handouts
  • Initiate and moderate classroom discussions
  • Compile and administer examinations
  • Participate in required reporting processes
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in History or a related field
  • 18 graduate credits in History and/or Political Science

Candidates with a Master's degree in another field with 18 graduate credits in History and/or Political Science may also be considered. However, they must submit annotated course descriptions explaining how each course meets the qualification for substantive engagement in the discipline of History.
