Nursing Leadership Role at Infojini Healthcare

Infojini Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to serve as a leader in our skilled nursing facility. As a member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality patient care while ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

About the Role:
This leadership position requires a minimum of three to five years of progressive nursing experience, with a focus on long-term care facilities. You will work closely with our medical staff, administration, and other departments to promote effective working relationships and drive excellence in patient care. Your expertise in personnel management, budget development, and policy implementation will be invaluable in shaping our healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the staffing schedules, payroll, and overtime authorization for nursing personnel;
• Assist in developing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with accreditation and licensing requirements;
• Collaborate with the DON and SNF nursing staff to maintain quality patient care and address concerns;
• Recruit, train, and evaluate new nursing staff members;
• Develop and manage the SNF nursing budget;

Requirements:
• Current CA RN license and active CPR certification;
• Above-average mental ability, good physical and mental health, and previous experience in long-term care;
• Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
• Dependable, organized, and reliable with good attendance;
