Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to lead our Acute Care Case Management team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to provide exceptional patient care.

The Role:

This position will be responsible for providing day-to-day oversight of designated teams across multiple sites, ensuring adequate staffing levels, and coordinating quality initiatives and process improvements. The successful candidate will also be expected to resource and operational expert who collaborates with and supports the area leadership in problem-solving and utilization of resources.

Responsibilities:

  • Provides day-to-day oversight of designated teams across multiple sites.
  • Provides leadership, guidance, counseling, and continuing education to staff.
  • Assists with coordination of schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels.
  • Resource and operational expert who collaborates with and supports the area leadership in problem-solving and utilization of resources.
  • C Coordinate quality initiatives and process improvements for designated areas.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or Associate of Nursing (ASN).
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in Acute Care Case Management.
  • Licenses/Certifications: Must hold a license in the state of practice in one of the following: RN in Idaho.

Salary: $84,000 - $112,000 per year based on experience.
