Occupational Health Nurse

Premise Health is seeking a skilled Occupational Health Registered Nurse to join our team in Burnsville, MN. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to clinical operations.
- Provide or manage physical evaluation programs and services to meet regulatory requirements.
- Evaluate and treat injuries and illnesses in an efficient and professional manner.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to arrange for further medical treatment when needed.
- Perform occupational and health screening tests as defined in site contracts.
- Conduct laboratory tests and quality control procedures.
- Administer the company's Drug-Free Workplace Program.
- Assist with accident investigation programs to identify root cause analysis of incidents and near misses.
- Assess healthcare needs and implement healthcare programs to improve health and facilitate return to work.
- Certificate from an accredited Nursing School or Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Currently licensed Registered Nurse in the state of practice required.
- Current hands-on training in AHA or ARC Basic Life Support for healthcare providers required.
- Certification in Occupational Health Nursing, Emergency Nursing, or Case Management preferred.
- At least three years' experience as a Registered Nurse in an occupational health clinic, emergency room, or other ambulatory care clinic.
