Job Title: SharePoint Developer

We are seeking a skilled SharePoint Developer to join our team at Reflexive Concepts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather requirements from customers and develop custom solutions using SharePoint.
  • Build and test SharePoint solutions to ensure error-free deployment.
  • Analyze and correct active and impending problems with SharePoint.
  • Support usage of SharePoint by creating accounts, modifying configuration files, and providing access to users and processes.
  • Analyze SharePoint for performance and usage issues and develop configuration changes to prepare the system for significant changes in usage levels.
  • Assess applications utilizing SharePoint for impacts due to COTS upgrades and develop plans to implement upgrades with minimal user impact.
  • Research, architect, produce, and deliver enhancements for corporate applications and collaborative/web services.
  • Produce and deliver configuration documentation and provide updates as system changes occur.
  • Test and review major changes to the design and application to ensure changes are bug-free and have the intended results.
  • Provide solutions to address newly discovered service shortcomings or emerging collaboration requirements for mission-critical customers.
Requirements:
  • TS/SCI with Polygraph
  • Bachelor's degree in an IT field and six (6) years of experience in software development/engineering
  • At least four (4) years of experience with SharePoint
  • Extensive knowledge of C#
  • Ability to work during core hours of 10AM-2PM
Desired Skills:
  • Extensive knowledge of ASP.NET, and.NET Framework, jQuery, SQL Server, and Web Services
  • Experience with Java, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, XML
  • Ability to clearly communicate ambiguous or highly complex concepts to all audiences
