Key Responsibilities- Accurately perform patient assessments and identify patient needs
- Initiate appropriate nursing interventions and provide care tailored to the patient's condition and age
- Document medical necessity in the medical record in a timely and accurate manner
- Develop and revise Interdisciplinary Care Plans for each patient
- Conduct Quality Improvement assessments
- Graduation from an accredited Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Associate Degree in Nursing, or Nursing Diploma program
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse
- CPR/BCLS certification; ACLS preferred
- CRRN certification preferred
- Minimum six months of Medical-Surgical experience in an acute care setting
- Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
