Job Title: Curriculum Specialist I

Job Summary:

Nomad GCS is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Curriculum Specialist I to join our team. As a key member of our People + Development department, you will play a crucial role in advancing our vision and mission by contributing to a hands-on training and manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop effective training materials to improve the effectiveness and efficiencies across all skill sets of the company.
  • Conduct skill gap analyses to identify training needs and develop targeted solutions.
  • Write and create curriculum and delivery of instruction to ensure that our team members are equipped with the skills necessary to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and ensure that our training programs meet the evolving needs of the business.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experience.
  • 1-3 years hands-on experience in a manufacturing, electrical, or mechanical position required.
  • 1 year of curriculum writing experience.
  • Strong computer skills with experience in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication (both written and verbal) skills.
  • Strong time and project management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.

Working Environment:

Nomad GCS is a professional office environment with regular interaction with visitors, clients, team members, and vendors. The work environment is a partially environmentally controlled indoor environment with temperatures ranging from 60F to 100F. The employee may be subjected to noise levels, ranging from low volume to loud, and will be required to wear provided safety hearing devices from time to time.
