Clinical Nurse Specialist for Outpatient Care

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team at Prisma Health Orthopedic Surgery Center. As a key member of our outpatient care team, you will provide high-quality patient care and clinical leadership.
Job Summary:
The successful candidate will have a strong background in nursing with experience in an outpatient setting. They will be responsible for assessing patients' needs, developing individualized care plans, and implementing evidence-based practices to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Assess patient needs and develop comprehensive care plans
- Provide direct patient care and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with healthcare professionals
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of excellence
Requirements:
- Associate's Degree in Nursing or higher
- 1 year of registered nurse experience (or completion of the Prisma Health Nurse Residency Program)
- Basic Computer Skills
Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year
