Cabinet Refinisher

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Cabinet Refinisher to join our team at Renew Kitchens LLC. As a residential painter, you will be responsible for preparing and performing professional interior cabinet painting jobs in a residential setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize proper painting techniques and equipment to deliver high-quality results
• Interact professionally with customers, addressing their needs and concerns
• Identify and procure necessary materials and quantities for projects
• Prepare surfaces for painting, including washing, scraping, and sanding
• Repair holes and cracks using caulk, putty, cement, or plaster
• Inspect paint jobs for quality and accuracy
• Perform daily maintenance on painting equipment
• Communicate with management and update job progress as requested

Requirements:

• Previous experience in residential painting and/or remodeling/home repair
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Pass background check
• Ability to lift and carry 20 lbs of equipment
• Ability to use a smartphone daily
