Metrology Specialist

Overview

WuXi AppTec is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Metrology Specialist to join our team. As a Metrology Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our instrumentation and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure that all equipment is properly calibrated according to Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and/or Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) guidelines.
• Perform routine calibrations and utilize the BMRAM system.
• Work with team members to competently perform routine calibrations.
• Communicate with supervisor and other colleagues as required.
• Perform job-specific tasks in compliance with applicable Regulations, International Standards, and WuXi AppTec Policies and Standard Operating Procedures.

Requirements

• 0-1 years of experience working with a team.
• Associate degree with a major in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of various equipment and instrumentation a plus.
• Prioritizing skills and candor a must.
• Proficient in Oral & Written communication skills.
• Need to be able to read, write and understand English.
• Proficient in Microsoft (Excel, Word, Outlook).
