Overview
">Pomperaug Woods, a leading provider of senior living services, seeks an experienced RN Supervisor to oversee the delivery of quality care to residents. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising nursing staff during assigned shifts and ensuring compliance with facility policies and procedures.
">About the Role
">This is a $65,000 - $80,000 per year position that requires a minimum RN degree in Nursing and at least one year of nursing experience. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a good understanding of geriatric and rehabilitation care.
">Responsibilities
">Your primary responsibilities will include:
">- Supervising nursing staff to ensure quality care delivery and adherence to facility policies">
- Maintaining accurate records and participating in quality control audits">
- Serving as liaison between nursing, resident, family, physician, and ancillary staff">
- Performing other duties as assigned by management">

">Qualifications
">To be successful in this role, you will need:
">- RN degree in Nursing">
- At least one year of nursing experience">
