Pomperaug Woods, a leading provider of senior living services, seeks an experienced RN Supervisor to oversee the delivery of quality care to residents. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising nursing staff during assigned shifts and ensuring compliance with facility policies and procedures.

About the Role

">

This is a $65,000 - $80,000 per year position that requires a minimum RN degree in Nursing and at least one year of nursing experience. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a good understanding of geriatric and rehabilitation care.

Responsibilities

">

Your primary responsibilities will include:

">
  • Supervising nursing staff to ensure quality care delivery and adherence to facility policies">
  • Maintaining accurate records and participating in quality control audits">
  • Serving as liaison between nursing, resident, family, physician, and ancillary staff">
  • Performing other duties as assigned by management">

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • RN degree in Nursing">
  • At least one year of nursing experience">
  • Current CPR certification">
  • Geriatric and rehabilitation experience with a good understanding of restorative nursing">
  • Strong leadership and communication skills">
