Clinical Lead Orthopedic Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physical Therapist to lead our outpatient orthopedic therapy team at Platinum TherapEASE Staffing in Littlestown, PA.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and driven licensed physical therapist to take on a leadership position and provide exceptional patient care experiences as a treating center manager.

As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the center, maintaining high-quality patient care, and leading a team of talented Physical Therapists and Physical Therapist Assistants.

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000-105,000 based on your experience, with a starting salary of $92,500. Plus, we offer a generous sign-on bonus of $10,000 and up to $350 per month towards your student loans for the duration of employment.

To be successful in this role, you must have a graduate degree from an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited school of physical therapy and a valid State Physical Therapy License/Registration. You should also have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Additionally, you will need to be able to work 40 hours per week with occasional late or early shifts to accommodate patients.
