Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at Aramark. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and creating a memorable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve food and beverages to guests according to their orders and/or banquet menu
  • Maintain knowledge of menu items and all other offerings
  • Maintain appearance and cleanliness of food service areas during events
  • Replenish food and beverage products
  • Adhere to all alcohol service policies and safe drinking guidelines, including checking guests' identification
  • Provide excellent customer service, anticipating guests' needs
  • Break down and clean/sanitize food service areas, workstations, and equipment
  • Maintain a positive demeanor towards guests, customers, clients, co-workers, etc.
  • Adhere to Aramark safety policies and procedures, including proper food safety and sanitation
  • Ensure security of company assets
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a server or in food service role preferred
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service skills
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  • Working knowledge of food safety principles and procedures
  • Must be able to obtain a food safety certification
  • Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

This role may have physical demands, including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
