We are seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Technician to join our Inpatient Acute Care Rehab Team at Trinity Health Of New England. As a key member of our team, you will assist therapists with direct patient care activities, coordinate non-clinical tasks, and provide exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with Routine Treatment: Prepare and assist therapists with routine treatment in the acute care setting, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Support Patient Care: Clean patients, assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), and help with manipulating critical lines, tubes, and drains.
- Inventory Management: Perform ongoing inventory of equipment and materials to ensure adequate supply, maintaining a well-stocked and organized environment.
- Clerical and Front Desk Support: Provide general clerical and front desk support, ensuring seamless communication with ancillary departments, clients, and family members.
- Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent, with general knowledge of sciences and medical terminology.
- Experience: Prior healthcare or patient service experience preferred.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent customer service skills and demonstrated simple math skills.
- Engaged Leadership: Work with an excellent, dedicated healthcare team, led by engaged leaders who prioritize employee satisfaction.
