Unarmed Security Officer

LB&B Associates Inc. is actively seeking dedicated full-time unarmed Security Officers to deliver safety and protection services at a designated facility.

Compensation: $14.00 per hour.

Available Shifts:

2nd Shift: 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm

3rd Shift: 10:00 pm - 6:00 am

The company provides essential benefits including mandatory life insurance, short and long-term disability coverage, and optional medical, dental, and vision insurance plans. Additional perks include a 401k plan with matching contributions, tuition reimbursement, paid holidays, vacation time, and sick leave.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct exterior and interior patrols, utilizing both foot and vehicle as necessary.
  • Assist in the preparation of driver documentation.
  • Maintain a log of individuals entering and exiting the premises.
  • Handle incoming phone inquiries.
  • Monitor security surveillance systems.
  • Oversee CCTV operations for client property.
  • Manage access control procedures.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of experience in unarmed security.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent
