Cafe Supervisor

Job Summary:

Cafe Rio is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, maintaining high standards of quality and customer service, and supporting the Manager in all aspects of restaurant management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure that food is prepared and served in a safe and healthy environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.
• Support the Manager in the performance of all activities within the restaurant, including staff supervision, customer service, and inventory management.
• Monitor and maintain high standards of quality and presentation of food and beverages.
• Ensure that all staff are trained and equipped to provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of new menu items and promotions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the food service industry.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality and presentation.
