Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the equipment refurbishment program, focusing on haul trucks, dozers, and loaders.
  • Provide technical assistance for critical production challenges.
  • Implement best practices for reliability during equipment refurbishments.
  • Develop maintenance protocols for mobile mining machinery.
  • Ensure effective application of standardized refurbishment procedures.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Expertise in maintenance and operational procedures for heavy mining equipment.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Experience in supervising, training, and motivating personnel.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Capability to effectively oversee operations, projects, and activities.
  • Strong dedication to safety and hazard identification.
  • Specialized knowledge in mobile maintenance of mine haul trucks.
