Job Overview

Our esteemed establishment is in search of a dedicated night auditor to enhance our team of hospitality experts. The perfect candidate will possess meticulous attention to financial details, a genuine passion for guest interaction, and an unwavering commitment to service excellence. While prior hotel experience is not mandatory, a background in customer service is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute additional bookkeeping, administrative, and accounting tasks as assigned.
  • Verify, audit, and reconcile all financial documentation including room charges, cash register activities, credit card transactions, and final billing.
  • Oversee housekeeping, security, and service requests, address guest inquiries, resolve complaints, manage reservations, and perform other front desk responsibilities as needed.
  • Compile and disseminate daily, weekly, and monthly reports to management and department heads.
  • Deliver outstanding service to all guests throughout their stay.
Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent is essential; some college education is preferred.
  • Availability for a flexible schedule accommodating overnight shifts is necessary.
  • Experience in hospitality or customer service is advantageous, though not essential.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills are required.
  • Proficiency in computer usage is necessary; familiarity with accounting or reservation software is a plus.
