Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living, dressing, and grooming.
  • Obtain and accurately record vital signs, mobility, and nutrition information.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff to ensure high-quality care and promote resident well-being.
  • Participate in the resident care plan process and provide valuable input to ensure resident needs are met.
