Key Responsibilities
  • Produce Department Operations: Stock and merchandise produce items, including presentation, facing, filling, and organization, to meet company standards.

  • Inventory Control: Ensure proper inventory control to maximize product freshness and availability.
  • Customer Service: Provide friendly and helpful service to customers, answering questions and making recommendations.
Requirements
  • Age: Be at least 16 years of age.
  • Availability: Be dependable and reliable, with the ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Communication Skills: Possess good communication skills and the ability to take direction and participate in a team environment.
  • Physical Demands: Be able to stand, walk, bend, and climb throughout the workday, and lift, stack, and maneuver heavy objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
