Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Pickleball Instructor to join our team at The Jewish Center of Buffalo. As a Pickleball Instructor, you will have the opportunity to conduct lessons, clinics, and camps, as well as assist in organizing pickleball events and tournaments.

Responsibilities

  • Teach private and group pickleball lessons to players of all ages and skill levels.
  • Develop engaging lesson plans tailored to individual student needs.
  • Organize and lead pickleball clinics, workshops, and camps.
  • Provide actionable feedback to help players improve their skills.
  • Support event planning and promotion.
  • Maintain a safe and enjoyable learning environment.
  • Keep equipment and facilities organized and clean.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive atmosphere within the pickleball community.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Pickleball Instructor or equivalent coaching background.
  • Detailed knowledge of pickleball rules, techniques, and strategies.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate and engage players across various age groups.
  • CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
  • Flexibility in scheduling.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Annual salary: $52,500 - $67,500.
