Job Opportunity at George Washington University

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced academic hospitalist psychiatrist to join our team at the George Washington University Medical Faculty Associates. As a key member of our department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, teaching medical students and residents, and developing a clinical research program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serving on the psychiatry hospitalist team that serves medical-surgery units, the inpatient psychiatric service, and the emergency department
  • Teaching medical students and residents
  • Seeing patients in an outpatient setting
  • Developing a clinical research program

Requirements:

  • Board-certified or eligible in General Psychiatry
  • License-eligible in the District of Columbia at the time of appointment
