Dedicated School Health Care Professional

ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join their team for the ongoing school year in Wells. This itinerant position will be responsible for providing health care services in various schools within the district.
About the Position- This is an onsite only position.
- The 2024/2025 school year is expected to commence soon.
Responsibilities:
- Providing health care services to students, including administering medication and maintaining accurate records.
- Developing and implementing individualized health care plans as needed.
- Maintaining open communication with teachers, administrators, and parents regarding student health.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1+ years nursing experience is required.
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification is mandatory.
