Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement electrical projects for various types of telecom projects, ensuring high-quality results and adherence to project budgets.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, estimates, and project plans to inform decision-making and drive project success.
  • Manage electrical projects, controlling costs, and ensuring compliance with established processes and policies.
  • Prepare scope of work, including pricing, resources, and schedules, for new and proposed projects.
  • Conduct site acquisition, engineering, and construction projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory agencies and company policies.
  • Use knowledge of customer networks and business models to identify opportunities for deploying additional products and services.
  • Conduct risk management and contingency planning, negotiating complex or sensitive issues to a favorable resolution.
  • Enforce the MasTec Network Solutions quality program, ensuring that work practices meet or exceed industry standards and applicable laws and regulations.
  • Understand, train, and enforce the company quality program, processes, and standards, managing inspection and acceptance work performed by vendors and company resources.
  • Implement and achieve the company Zero Defect Policy.
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license and driving record meeting company policy conditions.
  • Availability to work weekends, nights, and extreme weather conditions, with willingness to travel extensively.
  • Ability to work out of the market or away from home as work demands.
  • Ability to lift and/or carry a minimum of 15 lbs.
