Compensation Package

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a tax-free stipend amount that will be determined based on your specific qualifications and experience. Responsibilities
  • Provide expert nursing care to patients with complex medical needs in a rehabilitation setting.
  • Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure optimal care and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or higher.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Iowa.
  • At least one recent travel contract completed.
  • Able to handle a variety of patients independently, including those with neuro, ortho, trauma, oncology, and other conditions.
  • Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) from AHA or ARC.
