About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for experienced RNs to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients and their families. As a Registered Nurse with BAYADA, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans tailored to each client's unique needs and goals.
  • Provide skilled nursing care, including wound care, medication management, and treatment administration.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify areas for improvement and monitor progress.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless transitions and optimal outcomes.
Requirements
  • A current license as a Registered Nurse in Pennsylvania.
  • A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
  • Prior home care experience is strongly preferred but not required.
  • Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and manage time effectively.
