Nighttime Retail Stocker

Salary: $17.00- $19.30

POSITION SUMMARY

Delivers prompt, courteous, and efficient service to all customers of The Golub Corporation.

Accountable for replenishing grocery items, unloading deliveries, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of store aisles.

Ensures customer satisfaction by providing well-stocked and accurately priced products to maximize sales opportunities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Strive to consistently offer quick, friendly, and effective customer service. Greet customers with a smile, maintain eye contact, and express gratitude upon fulfilling their requests. Keep a tidy, organized workspace in line with 5S standards at all times.

Execute merchandising tasks for the Grocery Department, including stocking products, updating prices, and conducting inventory checks.

Return surplus merchandise to the designated Back Room area as per corporate guidelines. Responsible for unloading products from delivery trucks. Stock items throughout the retail space following company protocols. Adhere to all sanitation standards, including maintaining clean floors, shelves, and back room areas.

ADDITIONAL DUTIES

May be required to process customer orders based on business needs. Retrieve shopping carts and return them to assigned locations. Help control inventory loss by following related policies and procedures. Perform other tasks as assigned by management while adhering to all company policies and procedures.

Must be at least 18 years of age.
