About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented CT Technologist to join our team at Northeast Georgia Health System, Inc. As a CT Technologist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality diagnostic imaging services to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate CT and X-ray equipment to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.
  • Assess patients to determine the appropriate imaging protocol and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Administer contrast media and perform venipuncture procedures as needed.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to infection control and safety protocols.
Requirements
  • Current ARRT certification.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; graduate of an accredited ARRT program preferred.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in CT or X-ray imaging.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in RIS software.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Preferred experience in CT or X-ray imaging.
  • Preferred educational background in radiologic technology.
Physical Demands
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Ability to bend, stoop, and kneel as needed.
