About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team at GPAC. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing sales activities within a designated territory, promoting the company's products, and building strong relationships with customers and dealers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth within the assigned territory.
- Travel extensively to support and expand the existing customer base, while identifying new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with dealers to implement company programs and provide training and support.
- Manage inventory levels, accounts receivable, and payment plans at dealer locations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for dealers to address service needs and warranty issues.
- Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity.
- Conduct training sessions to enhance dealers' product knowledge and sales skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience in the agricultural industry.
- Strong knowledge of the agriculture industry in Texas and Louisiana.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
