Position Overview
This role is for a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) responsible for administering anesthesia under the supervision of an anesthesiologist for a variety of surgical interventions.

Work Environment
The CRNA will be part of a collaborative anesthesia care team, engaging in a rotating call schedule alongside fellow professionals. Our current practice model includes providing anesthesia services in various settings such as Endoscopy, Pain Management, MRI/CT Imaging, and Cardiac Laboratory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver anesthesia care for diverse surgical procedures.
  • Participate in the clinical education of nurse anesthesia students.
  • Maintain a strong working relationship within the anesthesia care team.

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this position is $165,000 - $250,000. A sign-on bonus of $25,000 (post-tax) is available for new hires committing to a two-year tenure.

Qualifications
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
  • Graduation from an accredited Nurse Anesthesia Program.
  • Current certification as an Advanced Practice Nurse with CRNA specialty by the relevant state board.
  • Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) from the American Heart Association.
