Job Title: Junior Valet Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Valet Manager to join our team at DealerFLEX. As a Junior Valet Manager, you will be responsible for learning and assisting in the daily operations of our dealership's service drive, wash, and parts routes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the training and management of employees.
  • Oversee employee schedules and daily tasks.
  • Work with our HR and District Manager to administer company policies and initiatives.
  • Maintain all DealerFLEX standard operating procedures.
  • Provide daily reviews of safety operations.
  • Establish regular meetings with client account holders.
  • Review payroll and time and attendance.
  • Assist with budgeting processes.
  • Train and educate staff on safety and service.
  • Mentor and coach team members.

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license.
  • Minimum 5 years of driving experience.
  • Motor vehicle record free of recent moving violations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to clearly communicate.
