Join Our Team - Climbing/Zipline Staff

We are seeking highly motivated individuals to fill the role of Climbing/Zipline Staff at the New Birth of Freedom Council. This exciting opportunity involves operating our climbing tower and zipline under the guidance of the COPE/Climbing Director.

Key Tasks:
  1. Supervise and assist Scouts during climbing and ziplining activities.
  2. Develop and maintain knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.
  3. Provide instruction on safe climbing practices to Scouts.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Age: 18 years or older.
  • Climbing Level I Certification (training provided).
  • Commitment to upholding Boy Scouts of America values and policies.
Compensation and Benefits:

Our organization offers a salary of $300/week, along with accommodation and meal provision.
