Mission Systems Test Engineer

KBR is seeking a highly skilled Mission Systems Test Engineer to provide expert test and evaluation support for various Advanced Sensor Technologies Program Office (AST PO) mission systems and C4I systems on the P-8A.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain documentation for mission planning systems, ensuring accuracy, repeatability, and compliance with T&E objectives.
- Collaborate with program staff, supporting organizations, and system-development contractors to resolve issues and coordinate test support activities.
- Coordinate and deploy mission planning systems to remote detachment sites, providing on-site support and ensuring security and information assurance compliance.
- Track and manage media associated with mission planning systems, implementing thorough configuration management practices.
- Perform test and evaluation of mission planning systems, analyzing results, assessing compliance, and presenting findings in briefs and test reports.
- Citizenship: Must be a US Citizen
- Security Clearance: Top Secret/SSBI security clearance, with a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) completed within the past six years or currently enrolled in the Continuous Evaluation (CE) Program
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or High School Diploma with equivalent experience and a minimum of 8 years of experience with Mission Planning Systems
- Experience: At least 8 years of related experience, including experience with ground-based flight mission planning systems, computer networking concepts, and integrated test teams
- Operational experience with DoD active-duty customers
- Advanced Sensor Technologies Program Office experience
- Experience with DDMC, Rapid Response Kit (RRK), Common Data Link (CDL), and Link-16 systems
- Experience with Virtual Machines and/or Containerization
- CompTIA Security+ Certification
