Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse

Millbrook Support Services Inc is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team. As a valued member of our healthcare team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and critical thinking skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and documenting patient information.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, and provide appropriate interventions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical histories and treatment plans.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure high-quality patient care and safety.

Requirements:

  • Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of Colorado.
  • At least one year of experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication and critical thinking skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform other physical demands of the job.
