Job Overview
Position Summary
This role is dedicated to overseeing the enrollment processes at the institution. The individual in this position will guide prospective students through every step of the enrollment journey, from initial application to final registration. Enrollment specialists are expected to be proactive and adept at applying relevant guidelines to diverse student scenarios.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential students and applicants through various communication channels, including in-person meetings, phone calls, emails, and text messages. Make independent admission determinations based on academic criteria.
- Support applicants throughout the enrollment process by utilizing internal systems, providing essential financial aid information, conducting campus tours, reviewing academic transcripts for compliance with admission standards, coordinating placement testing, and making admission decisions.
- Organize orientation sessions and registration meetings with academic advisors.
- Perform additional tasks as required.
*Candidates must successfully complete a criminal background check and drug screening prior to commencing employment.

Qualifications
Educational Background
Required: Associate degree or a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
Preferred: Bachelor's degree.
Professional Experience
Required: At least one year of experience in customer service.
Preferred: Experience in college admissions.
Essential Skills
Required: Strong customer service orientation, excellent written and verbal communication skills, effective phone etiquette, and organizational abilities.
Preferred: Familiarity with recruitment and enrollment management systems.
