Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Care Navigator/Health Insurance Consultant to join our team. This role involves selling Fidelis Care products and services by identifying membership growth opportunities in assigned territories and meeting or exceeding production goals. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to educate individuals on healthy lifestyles and preventive care services, and assist them through each step of the application and enrollment process.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct needs-based analyses to understand individual needs and recommend the best product for their unique circumstances
• Educate individuals on healthy lifestyles, preventive care services, and assist them through each step of the application and enrollment process
• Represent Fidelis Care at various community events, marketing sites, and in an individual's home to promote our products and services
• BUILD AND ESTABLISH RELATIONSHIPS WITHIN THE COMMUNITY TO FIND NEW OPPORTUNITIES AND SITES IN ASSIGNED TERRITORY
• Deliver presentations to individuals, groups, providers, community-based organizations, and local business leaders to educate and promote Fidelis Care products
• Regularly use the Sales Force CRM as an activity tracking and lead/referral tracking tool to manage appointments and follow up, manage their calendar, and report on activity to management

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A High School diploma or GED, required
• 2-5 years prior experience in managed care, sales, customer service, or related experience preferred
• Basic computer skills
• Driver's License required
