Job Summary

As a skilled MRI Technologist at Rochester Regional Health, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and diagnostic imaging services. Your expertise will be essential in operating MRI equipment and supporting systems to perform procedures according to provider orders. You will adhere to established techniques, policies, and regulatory standards, ensuring the highest level of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate MRI equipment and ancillary support systems to perform procedures per provider orders.
  • Adhere to approved techniques, policies, and regulatory standards as established by regulatory agencies and the organization.
  • Participate in QA/QC procedures and maintain standards of these programs, including MRI equipment, image quality, documentation, and MRI safety.
  • Follow organizational standards for patient identification, education, consents, order verification, and infection control.

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Graduate of either Radiologic Technologist or MRI program.
  • Formal Advanced modality specialty training preferred.

Physical Requirements

M - Medium Work - Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects; Requires frequent walking, standing or squatting.


Pay Range
$51.66 per hour.
