Travel Nurse RN Labor and Delivery

We are seeking a skilled Labor and Delivery Nurse to join our team of traveling professionals. As a Labor and Delivery Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to women during labor and childbirth.
Job Summary:This is a 13-week travel nursing assignment with 36 hours of work per week. The shift is 12 hours, nights, and the employment type is travel. The nurse will work in a Labor and Delivery unit, providing care to patients and their families.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care to women during labor and childbirth
- Monitor the baby and the mother's vital signs
- Coach mothers and assist doctors during deliveries
- Prepare women and their families for the stages of giving birth
- Help patients with breastfeeding after the baby is born
To be successful in this role, you must have a strong background in Labor and Delivery nursing. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
